A repair shop in Morocco sells skill and parts together: a screen replaced at 450 dirhams, a battery at 250, a scooter service with new brake pads, a deposit taken before the work starts. PosSwift is a point-of-sale app built for that kind of counter. Repairs ring up like any product, next to the parts and accessories they use, and a deposit is recorded against the customer's account so the balance is clear when the device comes back. Hold Sale keeps an unfinished job to one side until it is ready and paid. Parts keep their own stock count, with low-stock alerts before a common screen or battery runs out, and supplier invoices record what you bought and what you still owe. Each technician signs in with their own PIN, and voids and discounts need authorisation. Close Day totals the takings, and it all keeps working offline for up to two weeks, in Arabic, French or English.

Can I take a deposit before starting a repair?
Yes, on Pro. Record the deposit against the customer's account and the running balance shows what is still due. When the device is collected, the rest is settled against the same account.
Can I sell parts and accessories as well as repairs?
Yes. Repairs, parts and accessories sit in the same catalogue and the same sale. Parts and accessories keep their own stock count with low-stock alerts, and you can print barcode labels for items that don't have one.
Does it work for mechanical repair, not only phones?
Yes. A repair is simply a service with a price, so the same till works for phones, computers, appliances, watches, bikes or scooters. You set up your own repairs and parts in the catalogue.
