A salon or barber shop in Morocco sells time and skill as much as products: a men's cut at 50 dirhams, a colour at 220, a deposit taken for a bridal package. PosSwift is a point-of-sale app built for that kind of counter. Services ring up like any product, and a deposit is recorded against the client's account so the balance is always clear when they come back. Hold Sale keeps a client's sale open while the colour sets, until the service is finished and paid. Each stylist signs in with their own PIN, so every sale shows who handled it, and voids and discounts need authorisation. Argan oil, shampoo and the other products on the shelf keep their own stock count with low-stock alerts. Expenses records what you spend on supplies, Close Day totals the takings, and it all keeps working through internet outages of up to two weeks, in Arabic, French or English.

Can I take a deposit and settle the rest later?
Yes, on Pro. Record the deposit against the customer's account and the running balance shows what is still due. When the job is done, the remaining amount is settled against the same account.
Can I sell products as well as services?
Yes. Services and products sit in the same catalogue and the same sale. Products keep their own stock count, with low-stock alerts when they run down.
Can I see which staff member handled each sale?
Yes, on Pro, which includes three staff accounts. Every member of staff signs in with their own PIN, so each sale is recorded against the person who made it, and sensitive actions like voids and discounts need authorisation.
