A boutique in Morocco sells fewer items than a grocer but each one matters: a djellaba at 320 dirhams, a foulard, a belt, often to a customer who tries three things before deciding. Can I hold a sale while a customer tries something on?
Yes. Hold Sale sets the basket aside without losing it. Serve the next customer, then bring the held sale back when they return from the fitting room.
How are returns and exchanges handled?
At the till, with authorisation. A return needs a permitted member of staff to approve it, the item goes back into stock, and the whole transaction is kept in the audit trail.
Can I reward customers who come back?
Yes, on Pro. Customer accounts keep each client's purchase history and credit balance, so you recognise regular clients and know what they owe. There is no points or rewards programme.
