A para-pharmacy or beauty shop carries a large catalogue of similar products, sells at a steady pace, and needs to know exactly what is on the shelf. PosSwift is a point-of-sale app built for that kind of counter. Every product lives in one catalogue with its own price and stock count, found by barcode scan or by name in seconds. Stock updates with each sale, low-stock alerts flag your best sellers before they run out, and anything damaged can be written off and logged without disturbing the day's figures. Customer accounts keep each client's purchase history, which makes recommending the right cream the second time much easier. Staff sign in with their own PIN, and discounts, voids and returns need authorisation, recorded in a tamper-evident audit trail. PosSwift is built for para-pharmacy and beauty retail rather than for dispensing regulated medicines, and it works in Arabic, French or English.

How quickly can staff find a product?
Scan its barcode with a USB or Bluetooth scanner, or type part of its name. Similar products stay distinct because each has its own entry, price and stock count in the catalogue.
Can I see which products actually sell?
Yes, on Pro. Reports show sales, top products and revenue on the till and in the back office, so reordering follows what customers buy rather than guesswork.
Can I control who gives discounts?
Yes, on Pro. Every member of staff signs in with their own PIN, and discounts, voids and returns need authorisation. Each action is signed and kept in an audit trail that cannot be quietly edited.
